  Sweetwater residents only park nestled within this community of 1,400 homes. This park has tennis courts, a baseball field, basketball court, large playground and a covered picnic area with LARGE deck over the water which is suitable for a decent sized party. There were deer wandering in the park which was very nice. There are also canoes and a canoe slip to ease your canoe into the water.

  Who cares about private parks!?! Should not even be listed on here! Just like most of the great natural spots FL has to offer...some one with to much money buys it and ruins it for everyone else by exploiting it for profit/a Housing Development...boooooooo!!!
